We accept refunds and exchanges.
Our policy lasts for up to 4 days. If more than 4 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, with labels attached.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, if you are approved, then your refund will be processed minus cost of delivery, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us email@example.com .
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately on sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org and, we will dispatch a courier to pick up the items from your address directly.
To return your product, please contact us email@example.com and we will dispatch a courier service to collect the item from your address as soon as possible.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for an item that is being returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, and we require a tracking number for the item you are returning.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you have not received your order within 3 weeks of order confirmation, we will need to raise a full investigation with our couriers which can take up to 2 weeks to confirm with them that you have not received your parcel.
Once we can confirm this, we can either refund you or re-dispatch your order (if stock is still available).
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is available anywhere in the UAE. We also have international shipping especially to GCC countries.
A tracking number will be sent to a registered email address so package status can be track anytime.

For bulk orders outside UAE, contact us email@example.com with details about the product(s) that you would like to purchase. Please provide us with full detailed shipping address so we can quote a shipping estimate for your delivery, and provide you with alternative payment methods.
